 Weekly (7-day) rentals only from Mid-June to Mid-September (SUMMER SEASON); Check-in Friday at 4:00 p.m.; Check-out Friday at 10:30 a.m.
Week long AND Weekend rentals available OFF-SEASON; Check-in & Check-out at Noon.
Rental Rates: (All rates are Cdn. funds & include all taxes)

Off Season:
 $500/wk OR $125 /weekend night OR $300 / long weekend
General:
 This cottage has been freshly painted thoughout. Washroom redone in 2006. All new hardwood floors on the main floor in 2007. New cedar tongue and groove ceiling in the living room - dining room -kitchen. Walk out to a new glass railed deck with small view of Arran Lake and listen to the loons. Nice outside fire pit area and quiet back yard. Cottage has electric heat on main floor.
Waterfront:
 Access to Arran Lake is across the road from cottage via a steep path; Small beach & sitting area; Docking facilities available in season; Boat launching facilities 500 ft from cottage.
Arran Lake is a private (3 sq. mile) spring-fed inland lake, rich for bass, walleye, pike and perch fishing, Or, take a 10 min. drive to Lake Huron & find trout & salmon.
