Complete with all amenities, including loft bedroom, spacious deck with BBQ and large backyard where the kids can play. Very private. Cozy living room with gas fireplace and sunny front porch with large windows. Mature trees.

 5-min. walk to sandy beach and amazing sunsets on Lake Huron; 10-min. walk to marina. Sailing charters also available on 24' C&C sailboat by prior appointment only.
