 Weekly (7-day) rentals only from Mid-June to Mid-September (SUMMER SEASON);
Check-in Friday at 4:00 p.m.;
Check-out Friday at 10:30 a.m.;
Weekly & Weekend Off-Season rentals available.

Off Season:
 $1260 per week $315 per night (min. 2 night stay)
General:
 This estate property sits on more than 100 acres of private treed property.
Property has many cut trails for biking and hiking all leading to the Maitland Trail system.
This private property with no neighbours features an inground pool for use in the summer months.
Also included are your linens, towels, and cleaning service (under Restritions it will state this cottage needs to be cleaned upon your depoarture please ignore this). You are expected to do your own dishes and tidy before leaving.
Waterfront:
 Private pool located on the property.
Or swim in the Maitland River a 10 min walk across the property.
Drive 5 min into Goderich's public beaches.
