Lake Huron Cottage Rentals was founded in 2001 to provide full cottage rental management services in order to facilitate the rental of privately-owned cottages to the vacationing public. We have combined our many years' experience of providing accommodation to the vacationing public with broad market research into the cottage owner's needs and concerns. We are members of the Travel Industry Council of Ontario, the Huron County Tourism Association, and Grand Bend & Area Chamber of Commerce.

We offer hassle-free cottage rentals throughout Huron & Bruce Counties in Ontario. We take the "headache" out of renting your cottage by looking after all the little details. Our agency is small and local, which means you receive our personal attention. Having your property listed at the top of a shorter list of cottages means you get seen more often, resulting in more rental bookings for your property. We work on a commission basis. Therefore, there are no fees charged until your cottage is rented.

• We meet with you at your property to review all documentation, answer all your questions, compile cottage information, and take photos;
• Your property is listed on-line to a worldwide audience;
• We post quality, colour photos of your property;
• We handle advertising on the Internet and other publications -- your property is constantly being promoted;
• YOU establish the rental criteria for your property;
• Your privacy is assured -- personal information is never posted on the Internet;
• A damage deposit is paid by Renters (& held for a period of time after the rental ends) to help ensure that your property is cared for;
• We collect appropriate deposits and require payment in full prior to occupancy; Rental income can help offset ownership costs;
• We handle the paperwork and save you time, money and risk;
• We do not permit weekend-only rentals during the summer season in order to attempt to prevent renters from using your cottage inappropriately.
