New cedar tongue and groove ceiling in the living room - dining room -kitchen. Bedrooms have been redone with pine ceilings fresh paint and new mattresses. Open concept kitchen-dining-living room with walkout to a glass enclosed deck. Living room has flat screen TV with sports, home d�cor, and kid�s channels. Second TV in the basement. Great back yard with slide and sand box for the kids.

Weekly (7-day) rentals only from Mid-June to Mid-September (SUMMER SEASON); Check-in Friday at 4:00 p.m.; Check-out Friday at 10:30 a.m.

Access to Arran Lake is across the road from cottage via a steep path; Small beach & sitting area with picnic table; Docking facilities available in season; Boat launching facilities 500 ft from cottage.
Arran Lake is a private (3 sq. mile) spring-fed inland lake, rich for bass, walleye, pike and perch fishing, Or, take a 10 min. drive to Lake Huron & find trout & salmon.

** The nearest corner store is Tara a 5 min drive with beer, alcohol and groceries or Port Elgin.
** The road is not private but dead ends a few cottages away so it is quite quiet.
**Town of Port Elgin is 15 min. drive from cottage.
Shopping, fast food, Wednesday morning flea market on the beach, large beach, with train rides
**Town of Southampton is 15 min. drive from cottage.
**Town of Paisley is 20 min. drive from cottage.
